2-4 pm - Beginner/Developing Clinic
3:30-6pm - Advanced Clinic

- Please arrive early to help ensure we begin on time.

What We'll Work on:
Conditioning
Movement, footwork and jump training
Individual skill development
Passing and setting  
Serving progression
Hitting and blocking
Position and Game play

What To Bring:
Court shoes
Athletic pants/shorts
T-shirt (Please no tank tops or crop tops)
Kneepads recommended.

Athletes can register for the full 6 weeks or 1-Day clinics.
- When registering for a single clinic, please select "1 Day" Clinic and select the first day you will be participating. 
- Additional 1 Day clinics can be made with a direct payment via Venmo or Zelle on a drop in basis
